He can always be found at the Saloon between 12:00PM-12:00AM. Before that, he can be found around Pierre’s General Store or the Pantry in the Community Center. Gus has a clinic appointment on Fall 4 every year.

He will reward you with 600 gold and another Friendship heart. On Winter 26 th, you’ll receive a new request from Stardew Valley Gus. This time it will be an Albacore. Help him, and get a Friendship heart, along with 600 gold.
